Warriors minus 7 1/2 at Grizzlies
Fatigue is going to take a toll here with each team playing for the third time in four days. The Warriors are the superior team and have far fewer injuries despite being short-handed in the backcourt with Chris Paul and Gary Payton II out.
Those injuries are nothing compared to what Memphis is going through.
All of the Grizzlies’ top players are out, including Ja Morant, Desmond Bane, Marcus Smart, Brandon Clarke and Steven Adams , except for Jaren Jackson and he’s questionable. Memphis could be down several role players, too. Jake LaRavia, Santi Aldama and Derrick Rose are all questionable.
This game is a big deal for the Warriors because Draymond Green is due to make his return after missing 13 games because of suspension. Green is one of the dirtiest players in the NBA, but he makes the Warriors a better team with his defense and intensity.
The Warriors are pointing to this matchup having rested Stephen Curry against the Bucks during their last game this past Saturday.
