Sun minus 3 1/2 hosting Wings
There’s a hierarchy in the WNBA with Las Vegas and New York at the highest tier.
Connecticut is alone at the next tier. The 21-9 Sun have the third-best record in the league and are the third-best team.
But the Sun also have lost their last two games. They haven’t dropped three in a row all season. I don’t see it happening here.
Dallas defeated Connecticut, 91-81, at home last Saturday. The teams haven’t played since.
Not only do the Sun have short revenge, but they really need this home win since their next two games are on the road.
The Wings had lost three in a row before defeating Connecticut. They are 5-11-1 ATS following a point spread cover.
The Sun should get a much stronger performance from DeWanna Bonner, who had an off-game against Dallas scoring only three points. She’s one of the better players in the league.
