The NFL draft is upon us. I see at least five quarterbacks going in the first round. Mason Rudolph would be a possible sixth, but that’s a long shot. So I would play Over 5 on a “How Many Quarterbacks Get Taken in the First Round” prop. But I would not bet if the number were listed at 5 1/2. I envision four quarterbacks going among the first six picks.
Here are four specific props I like from the Westgate in Las Vegas:
Saquan Barkley ahead of Josh Rosen. I have Barkley going No. 2 to the Giants.
Derwin James ahead of Minkah Fitzpatrick. I have Fitzpatrick dropping all the way to the Packers at No. 14 while James should go in the top-10.
Lamar Jackson ahead of Rudolph. I have Jackson definitely going in the first round possibly among the first 17 picks.
Vita Vea ahead of Marcus Davenport. Vea is a legitimate top-12 player. Davenport would be a reach if he went before the 20th pick.
