Oral Roberts plus 21 1/2 at Oklahoma
I find this just too many points for Oklahoma to lay in a letdown spot. The Sooners are off their biggest win of the season upsetting then sixth-ranked Villanova in major style, 78-55, in Honolulu this past Monday.
So the Sooners can be excused for not getting real emotional taking on Oral Roberts especially with final exams going on.
The Golden Eagles are 8-2 and have a winning point spread mark. They have a good backcourt headed by Obi Emegano, who ranks ninth in the country in scoring at 23.3 points a game.
Oral Roberts averages more than 81 points per game. The Golden Eagles rank in the top 50 in free throw percentage and in the top 40 in 3-point percentage. They certainly have backdoor capability with their offense.
