Marlins plus $1.03 at Nationals
Is there ever a good time to back the Marlins? Not very often, but this is one of those rare spots because Miami’s opponent is Washington.
Miami has a hot Edward Cabrera going against an ice cold Nationals offense.
Cabrera is streaky. He’s tough, though, when on his game. He’s healthy and in great form allowing two earned runs or fewer in five of his last six starts. Cabrera has yielded only one earned run in his past three starts spanning 15 1/3 innings.
This coincides with the Nationals averaging a meager 1.8 runs in 10 games this month. Washington has been held scoreless in 22 of its last 23 innings.
Mitchell Parker will try to halt the Nationals’ five game losing streak. He’s 4-6 with a 4.44 ERA. That ERA gets bumped to 4.62 if you go by his last three starts, all of which were losses.
The last time Washington won as a favorite was back on May 4. The Nationals have been favored four times since then – and lost each time.
If you are interested in my sports service, please email me at scriber26@gmail.com or message me via X. This is a great time to come on board with the WNBA and Canadian Football League going. I have beaten the CFL in 10 of the last 11 seasons and am 31-15-1 (67%) on my last 47 CFL plays. I also am beating the WNBA for the fifth time in six seasons. I am 15-8 on my last 23 WNBA premium/free plays, including 6-1 on my last seven. All of my plays come with my signature analysis and are emailed well ahead of game time.
Best of luck and no bad beats!
